This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds related to the Referral Agreement executed between the Member (“Member”) and Leads Bridge Realty.
This Policy shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the effective date of the signed Referral Agreement.
1. Refund Eligibility & Request Procedure
A. Failure to Provide Agreed Leads
If Leads Bridge Realty fails to provide the leads specified under the Referral Agreement, the Member must first submit a formal written notice requesting fulfillment of the pending leads.
If Leads Bridge Realty fails to provide the requested leads within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving such notice, the Member shall become eligible to submit a refund request.
B. Lead Exclusivity, Engagement, or Responsiveness Issues
If the Member experiences issues related to:
- Non-exclusive leads
- Non-responsive leads
- Invalid engagement
- Incorrect lead information
- Poor lead quality inconsistent with the agreed service terms
The Member must notify Leads Bridge Realty in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the lead(s).
The Written Report Must Include:
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Supporting screenshots, call logs, or evidence
- Any relevant communication records
If Leads Bridge Realty fails to resolve the reported issue or provide replacement leads within fifteen (15) days after receiving the report, the Member may become eligible to request a refund.
C. Lead Replacement Policy
Leads Bridge Realty shall make commercially reasonable efforts to replace any lead that does not satisfy the conditions outlined in the Referral Agreement.
If a valid replacement lead is not provided within fifteen (15) days of the Member’s complaint submission, the Member may request a refund subject to investigation and approval.
2. Timely Reporting Requirement
To qualify for any refund, replacement, or service review:
- The Member must report all concerns regarding lead quality, exclusivity, responsiveness, or engagement within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the lead(s).
- Failure to report issues within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the lead(s).
- Once accepted, the Member waives the right to request refunds, replacements, or disputes related to those lead(s).
3. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
The Request Must Include:
- Full Member details
- Supporting documentation
- Explanation of the issue
- Evidence supporting the refund claim
Upon receiving the request, Leads Bridge Realty reserves the right to:
- Conduct an internal investigation
- Review interaction and communication records
- Contact leads for verification purposes
- Assess compliance with the Referral Agreement and this Policy
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved:
- Refund processing shall begin within fifteen (15) business days after completion of the investigation process.
- Leads Bridge Realty reserves the right to complete all verification procedures before issuing any refund.
Refunds shall only be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Limitations
Refunds shall not exceed the total Membership Fee paid by the Member during the applicable membership term.
The Member acknowledges and agrees that:
- Leads Bridge Realty retains full rights to collect referral commissions generated from leads provided during the active service period.
- Referral revenue obligations shall remain enforceable even if the Member voluntarily exits or discontinues the program.
- Referral fee obligations remain valid throughout the agreed twenty-four (24) month referral coverage period.
- Referral commissions shall continue to be payable according to the fee structure outlined in the Member’s selected plan.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not apply in cases where:
- The Member fails to respond to leads in a timely manner
- The Member rejects leads without valid justification
- Leads become inactive due to the Member’s lack of follow-up
- The Member violates the Referral Agreement
- Claims are submitted after the reporting deadline
- Insufficient evidence is provided to support the complaint
7. Policy Effective Date
This Policy becomes effective immediately upon execution of the Referral Agreement and supersedes all prior refund policies, understandings, or verbal agreements.
By signing the Referral Agreement or using Leads Bridge Realty services, the Member confirms that they have:
- Read this Refund Policy
- Understood its terms
- Agreed to be legally bound by its provisions
