Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, membership access, and related services provided by Leads Bridge Realty LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our services, all agents, brokers, and members (“Members”) acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.

This Policy applies to all Members who enroll in or purchase services from Leads Bridge Realty. By signing up for any service, package, or membership plan, the Member confirms acceptance of this Cancellation Policy along with any related agreements and service terms.

1. Policy Updates

Leads Bridge Realty LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the company website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Members are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to remain informed about any modifications.

2. Membership Fees

By enrolling in a Leads Bridge Realty LLC plan, the Member agrees to pay the applicable non-refundable membership fee.

Available Membership Plans

Basic Plan – $499
Regular Plan – $999
Premium Plan – $1999

All membership fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated and services have commenced.

3. Term and Termination

This Agreement becomes effective on the date the Member enrolls in any Leads Bridge Realty service (“Effective Date”).

The Agreement shall remain active for one (1) year and may automatically renew annually unless terminated in accordance with this Policy.

Either the Member or Leads Bridge Realty may terminate the agreement with or without cause by providing a written or emailed 30-day notice.

Leads Bridge Realty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

Violation of company policies
Misuse of services
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of company systems or staff
Non-compliance with agreements

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel any active service or membership, the Member must:

Complete the official Service Cancellation Form in full
Submit the cancellation request via email
Await cancellation processing and confirmation
Receive an official Cancellation Confirmation Number

A cancellation request will not be considered finalized unless a confirmation number has been issued by Leads Bridge Realty.

5. Cancelling Your Plan

Membership services become active immediately upon signup and remain active until officially terminated.

To cancel an active plan:

A 30-day written or emailed notice is required
The cancellation form must be completed and submitted
The Member must receive a cancellation confirmation number

Failure to complete these requirements may result in delayed cancellation processing or continued billing.

6. General Terms

This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of all service agreements between the Member and Leads Bridge Realty.

Members agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Policy and related agreements.

Leads Bridge Realty reserves the right to interpret, enforce, or modify this Policy at its discretion.

All decisions made by Leads Bridge Realty regarding cancellations, memberships, or disputes shall be considered final.
